If (as rumors lead us to believe) Scout has a tranquilizing effect on duh mayor, why doesn't the arrogant (do as I say, not as I do) Son of a Bitch take Scout inside, instead of leaving the animal at risk, in a vehicle (our vehicle) with the engine and air conditioning running (on OUR dime)?
