Both India and China have had raging underground coal mine fires for years while American technology may be capable of assisting in the effort to extinguish the root of massive, global air pollution. We understand that both counties desire assistance.
There is now lots of moral suasion aimed at “global warming”. Is anyone paying attention to these two problem areas?? What is their combined impact on the atmosphere?

Seems the local ordinance provides time off in an effort to keep the community safe. Does a second occupation/profession comply with that ordinance?
