This (also Sunday Nov. 16th) article in the Blade, “City of Toledo puts fire, police classes on indefinite hold,” by Laren Weber, Blade Staff Writer, touches more on the personal.So, rather than heavily quoting from the article, I will trust you to read it and then come back here for my take on this fine kettle of mayoral fish (and more than a little dirt).

Today's Toledo Blade reveals the City's hilariously puzzling story of a “Musical Chairs” version of garbage collection in the story entitled: “Toledo council may rotate trash pickup over holiday weeks,” but which raises several questions without providing any meaningful clarifications or answers.So, let's dig right in...

You know what I'm talkin bout.Those among us who, say for example, voted for the (illegal) COSI levy on the grounds that their out of town grand kids just love COSI...So I axes them*, “why would anyone in their (or anybody others, for that matter) right mind vote to tax all of the property owners in Lucas County to pay to support a private business?”They said, “it's for the (out of town) grand kids; that's it, no more (or relevant) justification needed.What ever happened to an An Informed (and intelligent) electorate???
